ABOUT CCJPA FOR THIS RFSOQ

The CCJPA is a California joint powers authority with six member agencies. The San Francisco Bay Area Rapid Transit District (BART) is the managing agency of the CCJPA. The CCJPA models its administrative procedures upon those utilized by BART in carrying out BART’s purpose in owning and operating a rapid transit system in the San Francisco Bay Area. Accordingly, reference is made in the RFSOQ to certain BART administrative procedures which have been adopted as CCJPA administrative procedures.
