Starting March 17, the Capitol Corridor contact center will be open Monday-Friday, 8am – 6pm, and will no longer be open on weekends. The change in service hours is due to an overall drop in telephone calls, especially on weekends and a trend for customers to use other channels such as Twitter and our email/text alerts for information. We also provide answers to many of the questions riders ask on our website, in the FAQ sectionFAQ’s and First-Time Rider Guide. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause some of you; however, we are confident that between our weekday hours, which are not changing, and the other available communication channels, you will have plenty of options for accessing information and having questions answered.
