Hot August Nights may delay Capitol Corridor motorcoach buses between Reno/Sparks and Sacramento. Delays are expected on I-80 between Truckee and the Nevada State Line during the Hot August Nights event between 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Thursday August 4th and Friday August 5th. Delays are also expected between 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday August 14th and Monday, August 15th. Capitol Corridor trains at Sacramento may hold as long as possible on these dates, but some passengers may be re-accommodated to the next available train schedule due to a late bus. Exception, the last Capitol Corridor train on Friday, Saturday and Sunday night from Sacramento will hold for a late motorcoach bus from Reno.
