Get on Board!

Starting Friday, March 3, 2023, phase two of construction will take place at the Hayward Station and is expected to be completed by mid November 2023.

The new portion of the platform on the main line (station) side will be in service. The other portions of the platform AND the entire platform on the siding side will be out of service. All passengers will board on the main platform until the project is complete. There will be signage and instruction arrows guiding passengers to the new boarding area.

We do not expect this construction project to impact train schedules; however, conductors on trains arriving at the Hayward Station will need to limit the number of doors they open since only a portion of the platform will be available for boarding at a given time. Thank you for your patience.

Due to winter weather hazards and highway closure, bus connections between Sacramento and Reno/South Lake Tahoe are CANCELLED on Thursday, March 3, 2023.

*Connecting bus service between Sacramento and Auburn will continue to operate as scheduled.

Due to winter weather conditions and highway closure, connecting buses between Ukiah and Humboldt State University is CANCELLED.

• Connecting Bus 6316 is now cancelled, bus will turn around and drop off passengers to their origin

**Connecting buses between Martinez and Ukiah will continue to operate as scheduled.

Due to winter weather conditions, Highway 101 is closed towards the Willits-Skunk Train Depot bus stop and beyond Willits. Highway 17 is also closed between San Jose and Santa Cruz and buses are running service on detour. Please be advised of possible extended delays or cancellations if you are traveling between these routes.
