The Capitol Corridor toll-free customer service phone line will be out of service due to software and hardware upgrades from 1:00AM to 6:00AM on Saturday, March 17, 2012. During the outage, callers will not hear any pre-recorded greetings or phone menu options and will be unable to access our Automated Train Status system. The outage is expected to end at 6:00AM when we return to our regularly scheduled business hours for our call center (Daily, 6:00AM to 11:00PM).
