The Union Pacific will be performing nighttime track maintenance between Davis and Sacramento stations starting December 1 and ending on December 21, 2018.
The work, which involves the replacement of rail ties, will be conducted between approximately 8pm and 6am, one track set at a time, leaving the other tracks clear so trains can pass.
Delays, if any, are not expected to exceed 15 to 20 minutes, and they will only affect the following evening and morning trains:
- Weekday evening trains 544, 546, 548, 550, 551, and 553.
- Weekday morning trains 521 and 523.
- Weekend evening trains 744, 746, 748, and 751.
